Obtaining the Promises of God
As Abraham confessed the "promise" the Holy Spirit went to work bringing manifesting
the Word that God spoke, Abraham received and consequently spoke. Although both Abraham and Sarah was well past child-bearing
age their bodies were changed. But if Abraham had not been obedient to "speak the promise" as if it were already so in his
life ("I am the father of many nations") How did their body change? The Holy Spirit manifested the spoken word
Confessing the Word of God
We are so accustomed to speaking according to what
and how we feel that most of us never consider how effective and powerful our words are. We even repeat casually repeat
words and phrases we hear never realizing the damage we can cause in our lives and in the lives of those around us.
God’s Word is real, powerful and when spoken out of
the mouth from a believing heart will transform your life. The key word here is SPEAK. You need to speak to set a spark in
the atmosphere of your life and situation. You are waging war on the situations in your life. You cannot be silent or passive
in war.
Are you ready to break the cycle to poverty? Do you really want to experience FINANCIAL
FREED0M? Poverty is not the will of God for any believer. Despite this truth, tragically some Christians believe poverty is
part of being holy and righteous. Poverty has nothing to do with godliness. To be poor or impoverished means,
"to be without; in lack; deprived." This is a place no one should want to be. God is not a God of lack and insufficiency.
He's the God of abundance who wants to lavish you with His goodness
The Wonderful Plan of Salvation
Eternal life is God's greatest gift
to man. The Plan of Salvation is His way of making it available to them. In order to received that Gift man must realize that
he is a sinner, "For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God"
The Most Influential Life Ever Lived
Over 2000 years
ago there was a man born contrary to the laws of nature. As in infant he distressed a king. At the age of twelve he amazed
Jewish leaders. As a man he walked upon billows like they were pavement. He healed multitudes without medicine and charged
nothing for his service. He is talked about more than any of other person ever born. His name stands higher than any heavenly
host. He is acknowledged by angels and feared by devils.
The Dabar of the Lord
For the past several months the Lord has been having me look at the science of physics as it relates
to prayer, faith and intercession. Physics
is the science of matter and energy and their interactions. It is the study of nature in the broadest sense.
The Journey
The King of the Jews looks down at the dirt about twelve inches from His face. He has fallen and the weight of the
cross is pushing Him to the ground. His eyes are almost swollen shut; He can see, but barely. He looks down again and sees
the blood that has dripped from His face. The whip rises; the guard swings and slashes His back. The pain shoots through His
body, He starts to shake a little more after each blow.
Sarah’s Bible
Eleven-year-old Becky looks at the silhouette of her father in the doorway. They stand
in silence. He turns and walks down the hallway to the kitchen. Becky lays her Bible on the nightstand and starts changing
into her work clothes. Becky thinks back to what happened yesterday morning with her father. He came in and woke her up. But
she fell back a sleep. She wakes up because someone is pulling her up to the sitting position by the arms. It’s her
father and his grip is getting tighter.
“Daddy you’re hurting me!”
The Power of Your Testimony
Your testimony is about what you have experienced - what you have seen and heard. We as Christians are called to a
relationship of real communication with the Son of God. When God comes to live inside us. Things change. He deals with every
person in a different way. The more Christians that come forward and talk about how God has intervened in their life, the
more people will begin to realize that God is real, miracles do happen, and prayer works. This will inspire others to seek
God and turn from their sins so that they too can know the peace and satisfaction that comes to a person who truly gives their
life over to God.
Family Violence
Where does domestic violence come from?
Since the beginning of mankind Satan has focused much his attention on the destruction of the family institution. One reason
being is that marriage is the domain God instituted in the very beginning after the creation of Adam and Eve, (Genesis 2:24).
True Marriage is Divine, Holy and Pure (Hebrew 13:4).
Hell Is Real Ya'll
The message and seriousness of Hell is real and urgent, for no man or woman knows the day or the hour the death on
this side will come knocking at your door. It is this reason this article is here. To present you with Bible truths that you
may read, investigate for yourself and make your own decision as to the reality of Hell, and then I pray you give your life
to Jesus in this lifetime. As it is only in this lifetime in which you can repent (turn away from sin and receive Jesus).
Looking for Love in All the Wrong Places
Depending on who is doing the talking and what is being expressed, love often
means different things to different people. Two people might commit themselves to love each other but have different ideas
of what that means. Some think of being in love as an unexplainable feeling that we fall in and out of. Love can also mean
a self-sacrificing action on behalf of others.
Tapping Into God's Power
Our weapons of warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down
of strongholds. When we are equipped with Gods Word and His Spirit, we are empowered with the fuel that will cause a fire
in your spirit that cannot be put out.
The Power of Praise
When we praise God, miracles happen. Praise shows that we honor and respect God. Praising the Lord is a humbling experience,
which can involve singing, lifting of hands to God and weeping. Praise is proclaiming the perfection and the goodness
of God. David understood the importance of praise for he said, "I will praise God's name in song and glorify him
with thanksgiving. This will please the LORD more than an ox, more than a bull with its horns and hoofs" (Psalm 69:30-31
NIV).
